Older kinship caregivers can experience complex emotions, guilt, and exhaustion while caring for family members. In this one-hour workshop, Dr. Brenda Knight will name and make space for these unique feelings and experiences. She will also share practical, real-life strategies for self-care and self-compassion.

After the workshop, participants are invited to join an optional one-hour support group. This supportive space will provide an opportunity to share experiences, reflect on key topics, and connect with other kinship caregivers.
