Connect Attachment is a free 10-week online program for adoptive parents of youth ages 8–18. It’s designed to support parents in building stronger relationships with their teens through principle-based strategies rooted in attachment and trauma-informed practice.
Who Connect Attachment is for
Connect Attachment is for adoptive parents of pre-teens and teens who want to better understand their behaviour, improve communication, and strengthen connection. Whether your child is struggling emotionally, behaviourally, or has experienced trauma, this program offers a safe space to learn and reflect alongside other parents.
Couples are encouraged to attend together.
