In this session, we will acknowledge these complexities and equip adoptive and permanency parents and caregivers with practical tools to help them maintain resilience, strengthen family bonds, and prioritize their own well-being. Through guided discussions, reflective activities, and resource sharing, participants will gain insight into how self-care and support can empower them to better care for their children and build a thriving, connected family.
