| Learning for Everyone in Adoption and Permanency (LEAP) - April to June 2026 - Cohort 1 | LEAP is a 10-week online course for prospective adoptive parents and permanency caregivers. For prospective adoptive parents, LEAP fulfils the legal requirement for pre-adoption education. | Parenting Teens and Tweens with Developmental Trauma workshop with Andrea Chatwin | This workshop is designed to support parents of tweens and teens with developmental trauma in understanding the complex changes that can emerge during adolescence. Andrea Chatwin will address important and challenging topics families often experience, including lying, stealing, aggression, refusal/non‑compliance, and other complex behavioural presentations. Participants will explore how early trauma can affect emotional and behavioural development and learn trauma‑informed strategies to respond with connection, empathy, and felt safety.
