Would you like to meet other adoptive and permanency families? Join us for a day of fun and connection at Walnut Grove Community Park in Langley!
This event welcomes all adoptive and permanency families. It aims to provide a supportive environment for parents to connect and for children to play and make new friends.
The park features a splash pad, ideal for kids to cool off and have fun, and a lively playground that offers plenty of entertainment. Parents can mingle under the covered picnic area while kids enjoy games like volleyball, spike ball, bubbles, and chalk drawing. Feel free to bring your family’s favourite games and activities to share.
The designated gathering spot will be the east-covered picnic area. Since it looks like it'll be sunny, don't forget to bring along essentials like blankets or fold-up chairs for comfy seating, swim gear, towels, water, snacks, sunscreen, and hats.
Our Face to Face Connections events are run by volunteers. You will receive an email with the volunteer’s contact information the day before.
We look forward to seeing you for a day filled with splashing fun, engaging activities, and meaningful connections!
