Join us for a day of fun and community at Centennial Beach in Delta!
This event welcomes all types of permanency families – adoptive, guardianship, Indigenous customary care, and relatives raising relatives. It aims to create a supportive environment where parents and caregivers can connect while children and youth make new friends.
The park has a sandy beach, playground, washrooms, walking paths, and a snack bar – plenty to keep everyone entertained. Bring your children and/or youth to meet other families in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. There won't be any scheduled activities, so feel free to drop by anytime between 1 and 3 p.m. Remember to pack essentials like food, drinks, chairs, blankets, bathing suits, and sand toys.
Our Face to Face Connections events are run by volunteers. You will receive an email with the volunteer’s contact information the day before.
We can't wait to see you there for a memorable family outing!
